He is the character played as in a game called Anuchard which I have briefly played. I wanted to draw them for the distinct design as the hood with the blank face combo looks really interesting. The I guess checked style (not sure how else to describe the outfit pattern) gives me jester vibes which I think looks cool. The bell as a weapon is a really unique weapon choice and it was fun to draw it going behind him.
